These terms apply when you shop at tottiestotes.com or buy from Tottie's Totes in person at a craft fair or market. By placing an order, you're agreeing to them.
Our products
Every bag is handmade, one at a time, and one of a kind. Because of that, small variations in color, texture, and finish from piece to piece — and from the photos on our site — are part of the product, not a defect.
Orders and payment
Online payment is processed securely by Stripe. All orders are subject to availability — since every piece is unique, it's possible for a listing to sell out between when you view it and when you check out. If that happens, we'll let you know and refund you in full. We reserve the right to correct a pricing or listing error and to cancel an order affected by one.
Shipping
Online orders ship within 2 business days, insured, via the carrier and service you choose at checkout. Tracking is emailed to you once your order ships.
Sales are final
Because every bag is made to order and one of a kind, we're not able to offer returns or exchanges for a change of mind. That said, we stand behind our work: if your order arrives damaged, or isn't what you ordered, contact us and we'll make it right.

The photos, text, and design on this site belong to Tottie's Totes and may not be used without our permission.
Limitation of liability
Tottie's Totes is a small handmade-goods business. To the extent the law allows, our liability to you for any claim related to an order is limited to the amount you paid for it.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
Changes to these terms
If these terms change, we'll update the date at the top of this page.
